Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily production operations in the plastic department, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal downtime.
Monitor and control production schedules, manpower, and machine utilization.
Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective actions.
Track and optimize raw material usage to reduce waste and control costs.
Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve performance targets.
Prepare production reports and recommend improvements for efficiency and output.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO/Food Safety standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in production supervision, preferably in plastics or manufacturing.
Strong technical knowledge of plastic production machinery and processes (injection, extrusion, or blow molding).
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good command of English and Arabic, written and spoken.
