Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
8 12 years experience in digital product management, with at least 5 years in cards and payments.
Proven experience in launching financial products in new markets, preferably within the Middle East.
Strong knowledge of card issuing, processing, tokenization, and digital wallets.
Track record of delivering digital card innovations in banking or fintech.
Solid understanding of regional regulations and cross-border payments landscape.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Key Skills:
Deep expertise in digital payments, cards issuance, and tokenization.
Strong Agile product ownership skills (experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools).
Ability to manage multiple priorities across geographies and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with a focus on customer-centric design.
Strong vendor, regulator, and partner management capabilities.
