Roles & Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Marketing: Design and execute marketing strategies to strengthen Garnier Skin Active s position in the skincare category.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage consumer insights and market data to shape product launches and campaigns.
- Budget Management: Optimize budgets to maximize ROI across marketing initiatives.
- Innovation & Creativity: Develop compelling storytelling and creative campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, digital, and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
You re a great match if you have:
- A Bachelor s or master s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience, ideally in skincare and with knowledge of the GCC market
- Expertise in budget management, data-driven decision-making, marketing strategy design, and consumer insights leveraging
- Strong skills in creative thinking, storytelling, prioritization, and cooperation
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a nice-to-have)
