We're looking for an experienced product manager to lead our multi-disciplinary development team as we continue to expand our offerings. You will have a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and the innovative mindset to fill them as an ideal candidate. You are a highly skilled market analyst with a demonstrated ability to strategize the entire product lifecycle — from conception to release. You may already be a self-assured leader who has led cross-functional teams in the successful development of products that improve consumer experience and market share.

Objectives
Oversee the product and business planning processes across the company's cross-functional teams.
Assess consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships in terms of ROI and build vs. buy.
Examine current competitor offerings for opportunities for differentiation.
Analyze product requirements and create appropriate programs to ensure they are met successfully.
Create, implement, and manage production schedules across multiple departments.
Evaluate new product concepts and develop appropriate go-to-market strategies
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Oversee all product lifecycle processes, such as product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
Convert product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
Create product strategy documents outlining business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
Conduct market research to develop sales strategies and product objectives for effective marketing communications plans.
Work closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on product development, quality assurance, and release, as well as resource allocation, to ensure the overall success of the organization.
Create product positioning and messaging that distinguishes Raha Beach Ventures and its features in primary market segments.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in product design or engineering
Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
Highly effective cross-functional team management
Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies
Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in product design or engineering
Previous software and web development experience
Proven experience working as a product developer in a non-managerial role
Demonstrable knowledge in SEM and online advertising
