Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, contract management, and performance evaluation.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide procurement solutions that align with business goals

· Negotiate commercial terms, service levels, and contract conditions with service providers.

· Issue PO, get approvals, send to vendor and follow up on delivery

· Finalize the suppliers’ payments in coordination with the finance department whether through cheques, bank transfers, or Letters of Credit.

· Monitor market trends and conduct supplier market analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and innovation.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies in procurement activities.

· Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and continuously seek opportunities to improve supplier performance and partnership.

· Source suppliers, develop suppliers, and build mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers and negotiate services contract terms to ensure that the all process is working effectively.

· Handle third-party services procurement e.g.: Marketing agencies through negotiating contract terms with key suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards, and delivery terms with technical and operational input from stakeholders.

· Participate in the execution of the procurement cycle of Customer events, Seminars, Giveaways, and domestic and abroad trips.

· Provide assistance in Services agency’s requests fulfillment e.g.: Security, Transportation, and Cleaning service

· Develop and maintain a supplier relationship and ensure professional and consistent supplier management is applied across the supply base in line with the purchasing policy.

Evaluate the suppliers based on evaluation criteria such as delivery on time, the competitiveness of price, credit rating, and quality of service and work on weak points to improve supplier's performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of procurement principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Exhibits excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
