Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Manage purchasing of FMC , food&beverages materials
Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms
Source and evaluate vendors
Monitor stock levels and forecast needs
Ensure timely delivery and resolve supply issues
Requirements:
4 6 years of experience in procurement (F&B or retail preferred)
Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills
Familiar with purchasing systems/ERP
Good understanding of quality standards and supply chain process
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 4 years and maximum of 6 years of relevant experience in procurement and logistics, preferably within the FMCG sector - ( Super Markets & Convenience Stores )
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Experience with inventory management systems and procurement software.
- Solid understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
