Senior Procurement Manager - Commercial and Reporting

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure transparency and effectiveness in procurement operations across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that focus on commercial outcomes and enhance reporting processes.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure the best possible contracts and terms.
• Ensure accurate reporting of procurement activities, providing insights that influence strategic decisions.
• Manage procurement performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and establish benchmarks.
• Collaborate with project teams to define procurement needs and align with project timelines.
• Foster strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders to drive collaboration and innovation.
• Oversee the compliance of procurement activities with all relevant policies and regulations.
• Mentor and train procurement team members to enhance their skills and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

10+ years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a senior manager or leadership role.

Solid experience in construction procurement.

Extensive experience in commercial procurement processes and reporting methodologies.

Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and supplier management.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Proficient in procurement software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of supply chain management principles and market trends relevant to procurement activities.
