Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related discipline
8 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry, particularly in Detailed and FEED phases
Proven expertise in EPCM / consultancy projects
Strong background in process simulation, P&ID development, and process flow diagrams
Proficiency in process design software (e.g., HYSYS, Aspen Plus, PDMS)
Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead process design activities and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

Develop and review process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and process calculations
Support process hazard analysis and safety reviews
Collaborate with instrumentation, mechanical, and civil design teams
Ensure process designs meet project specifications, standards, and safety regulations
Assist in equipment sizing, selection, and process optimization
Support procurement and construction with technical clarifications
Conduct design reviews and ensure quality standards are met
Maintain accurate documentation and track design deliveries
Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and designers
