Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Strong ALM skills and expereience in OFSAA ALM implementation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in Egypt, ensuring day-to-day coordination and seamless communication.
Discuss client needs and coordinate with global counterparts to deliver project milestones on time.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively addressing concerns and identifying growth opportunities.
Facilitate meetings, presentations, and status updates in both Arabic and English, ensuring clear, culturally attuned communication.
Prepare and review relevant documents and work with stakeholders.
Identify process improvements and contribute to regional project management best practices.
Support business development by leveraging regional knowledge and networks./p>
Required Skills and Experience/strong>
Bachelor s degree in Finance or MBA in finance.
Minimum 8 years experience ALM.
Proven client-facing experience, with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Deep understanding of the Egyptian business environment and professional practices.
Experience working with multicultural, cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in OFSAA solutions./p>
