Project Planning & Scheduling

• Develop detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Define work breakdown structures (WBS), sequence of activities, milestones, and critical paths.
• Monitor baseline schedules and update progress regularly.
• Analyze schedule variances and recommend mitigation strategies.

Cost Control & Budget Management

• Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor actual costs against approved budgets and identify variances.
• Track commitments, expenditures, invoicing, and payment progress.
• Implement cost control procedures and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.

Project Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and issue periodic progress reports, dashboards, and project KPI summaries.
• Maintain accurate planning and cost records for audit and review.
• Support project managers with analytical inputs for decision-making.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and finance teams to ensure accurate data flow.
• Liaise with contractors and consultants to obtain updated schedule and cost information.
• Participate in project review meetings and present planning and cost analysis.

Risk & Change Management

• Evaluate schedule and cost impacts arising from variations/claims.
• Support preparation and assessment of change orders.
• Identify project risks and contribute to mitigation planning.
