Production Planning

• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly production plans for tea bag operations based on sales forecast, demand plan, and available capacity.
• Adjust plans in response to production constraints, material availability, or urgent orders.
• Ensure alignment between actual production output and planned schedules (monitor schedule adherence).

Raw Material Planning

• Create raw material requirement plans for herbs, and packaging materials used in tea bag and bulk production.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to secure timely supply of materials (local and imported).
• Maintain accurate material planning master data (e.g., BOMs, lead times, safety stock levels).

Coordination & Communication

• Serve as a liaison between Planning, Production, Warehouse, Procurement, and Quality to ensure operational continuity.
• Communicate any production plan changes or material delays and collaborate to resolve bottlenecks.
• Attend operations meetings to update cross-functional teams on planning progress and risks.

Inventory Monitoring & Control

• Monitor inventory levels for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to avoid overstock or stockouts.
• Support cycle counting and physical inventory processes by providing accurate planning data.
• Track and investigate material variances and abnormal consumption.

Reporting & Analysis

• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly planning KPIs and dashboards
• Analyze production efficiency and material utilization data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare capacity utilization reports to support expansion or optimization decisions.

System & Data Management

• Operate and maintain planning activities through the ERP system (Odoo Preferred).
• Ensure all planning inputs (BOMs, routing, lead times) are correctly maintained in the system.
• Generate planning reports and simulations based on real-time data.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

• Participate in S&OP planning cycles and annual budgeting.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.
• Support the Planning Manager in strategic development of planning tools and process optimization.
