Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for Senior Planning Engineer in UAE.


Overview:

  • Candidate should have Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering preferably with a Post Graduate qualification and 10-15 years of experience (out of which 10-12 years in UAE/Gulf) and 3-5 years as Sr. Planning Engineer in a reputed organization.
  • The candidate should have experience in planning of Multi storeyed tower projects and be able prepare Baseline Programs in primavera P6 V22 with resource and cost loading. He should have good knowledge of Civil, MEP and all subcontract works. He should have expertise in preparation of claims for extension of time. He should be able to prepare Progress curve, KPI's, Gross valuation curve, Cash flow chart and manpower histogram. The Candidate should have good writing and communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in project planning within the construction or engineering sectors.
  • Experience in large-scale projects, preferably in Multi storeyed tower projects
