Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using advanced planning software, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Analyze project requirements and constraints to identify critical path elements, providing insights to mitigate risks and optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate planning efforts, facilitating effective communication and project execution strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing progress, potential delays, and strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and verify compliance with the project schedule, adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate project meetings, ensuring all team members are informed of updates and changes to the project plan.
  • Utilize advanced modeling techniques to forecast project outcomes and scenarios, enhancing decision-making processes.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in planning processes, fostering a culture of excellence within the project team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering projects, showcasing a strong background in planning and scheduling.
  • Experience working on large-scale projects, demonstrating proficiency in managing complex planning tasks.
  • Proven track record of using project management software tools like Primavera P6 with high proficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights for project improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also demonstrating strong leadership qualities.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality assurance in planning deliverables.
  • Adaptability to changing project conditions and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring project resilience.
