Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join our team for a heavy civil infrastructure project in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of proven planning and scheduling experience on large-scale civil works such as highways, bridges, tunnels, utilities, and marine or industrial infrastructure. Prior experience with a consultancy or PMC is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage baseline and detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor construction progress and update schedules based on actual site performance.
• Perform delay analysis, support EoT claims, and assist with time impact analysis.
• Coordinate with the project team to identify critical path activities and schedule risks.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Ensure compliance with project controls procedures and contractual planning requirements.
• Interface with contractors and clients for planning-related coordination and reporting.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Training and certification in Primavera P6.
• Professional affiliations such as PMI-SP, AACE (PSP), or similar are preferred.
