Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Architect and develop full-stack features with Laravel, Livewire, Tailwind, and Alpine
Work closely with design and product to deliver smooth, responsive UIs
Optimize performance across the stack from SQL queries to frontend interactions
Guide junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and mentorship
Write tests, document your work, and support long-term maintainability
Integrate third-party APIs, payment systems, and modern DevOps tools

Strong SQL skills and familiarity with performance tuning
Comfortable writing unit and feature tests (PHPUnit or Pest)
Strong communication and decision-making skills
A sharp eye for detail not just in code, but in UX, edge cases, and project requirements

Autonomy, clear expectations, and a strong feedback culture
Budget for learning, tools, and professional growth

Desired Candidate Profile

5+ years of experience with PHP/Laravel in production environments
Deep understanding of PHP 5 and legacy code.
Deep understanding of Livewire and Tailwind CSS
Experience building interactive UIs with Alpine JS
