Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks related to attendance, leave management, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain accurate employee records (digital and physical).
- Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
- Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, and other related documents.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support performance evaluation cycles and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 4 years of experience in an HR role.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
