Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to

Design and implement scalable, high-performance payload structures for enterprise systems

Optimize serialization and deserialization for low latency, high throughput, and memory efficiency

Develop and maintain RESTful, GraphQL, and event-driven payload interfaces

Ensure payload security, encryption, validation, and schema compliance

Conduct performance benchmarking, profiling, and troubleshooting

Lead code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers

Collaborate with Data, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams for deployment and scalability br> Strong expertise in JSON, Protobuf, Avro, and XML schema design Hands-on experience with microservices and distributed architectures Proficiency in Node.js Solid understanding of security standards (JWT, OAuth 2.0, SSL/TLS) Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB Strong debugging, optimization, and documentation skills
