Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the analysis of product-level and portfolio-level P&L statements to identify revenue growth and cost reduction opportunities.
Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize key financial metrics such as Net Interest Margin, Fee Income, and Operating Costs.
Build and maintain complex financial models to simulate various pricing, volume, and cost scenarios.
Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to refine pricing strategies and product features that drive profitability.
Partner with Risk, Operations, and Technology teams to identify and resolve inefficiencies impacting the bottom line.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
8+ years of experience in financial consulting, banking, or card product management
Proven track record in P&L ownership and optimization within financial services
Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis
Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
