Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using the OutSystems platform.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Ensure best practices in application development for performance, security, and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards.
- Integrate with various APIs and external systems as needed.
- Optimize application performance and conduct necessary troubleshooting.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in OutSystems technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 3 years focused on OutSystems.
- Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of SQL and database design principles.
- Experience in integrating RESTful and SOAP APIs.
- Solid debugging and performance optimization skills.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
- OutSystems certifications (such as Associate or Professional) are a plus.
