Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead technical design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (e.g., Financials, SCM, HCM, Procurement).
  • Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and other middleware tools.
  • Design and build BI Publisher reports, OTBI, Smart Views, FBDI/ADFdi templates, and custom extracts.
  • Develop custom solutions using Oracle Visual Builder, ADF, or JavaScript where required.
  • Participate in data migration activities using FBDI/ADFDI templates and Web Services.
  • Support Oracle Fusion PaaS and SaaS technical components, including extensions and custom objects.
  • Collaborate with business users and functional consultants to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Provide L2/L3 support for ongoing issues, enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Lead code reviews, performance tuning, and best practices implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, integration, and change management standards.
  • Provide documentation and technical training to internal teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite / Oracle Fusion technical development.
  • At least 4+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud technical components.
  • Must have worked in the Middle East (GCC experience preferred – e.g., UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman).
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture and PaaS offerings.
  • Proficiency in:
    Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
    BI Publisher, OTBI, Smart View
    REST/SOAP APIs
    FBDI / ADFdi
    SQL, PL/SQL
  • Experience with Fusion Financials, SCM, or HCM modules.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage technical deliverables in large projects.
