Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Officer, Talent Acquisition to join our esteemed organization. This role is crucial in attracting and retaining top-tier talent, driving the company's success and growth forward. As a Senior Officer, you will leverage your expertise in recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and employer branding to build a robust talent pipeline. You will be instrumental in crafting and executing hiring processes that are efficient, equitable, and aligned with our organizational values. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the labor market and industry trends, paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster strong partnerships across departments.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to meet the organization's hiring goals.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across the company.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine recruiting needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source candidates using a variety of methods including social media, job boards, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate candidate assessment and selection processes.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future openings and succession planning.
  • Enhance the employer brand by creating compelling job postings and utilizing effective marketing strategies.
  • Analyze recruitment data to refine processes and improve candidate quality and hiring efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide training and support to junior recruitment staff and hiring managers on best practices.
  • Negotiate offers with candidates and work closely with HR on onboarding procedures.
  • Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to attract and engage potential candidates.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of current recruitment best practices and tools.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to boost recruitment efficiency.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently.
  • High degree of professionalism and ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring and talent management.
