Roles & Responsibilities
About the role:
The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with partners, ensuring their needs are met while driving business growth. The role includes managing day-to-day partner communications, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a high level of partner satisfaction. The Account Manager is also expected to prepare performance reports, follow up on KPIs, and support events and campaigns related to assigned partners.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with assigned partner accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and partners.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to partner needs.
- Monitor partner performance, analyze data, and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance, etc.) to support partner requirements.
- Identify growth opportunities and propose solutions to increase engagement and revenue.
- Handle partner escalations professionally and efficiently.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum one year of experience in account management or partnership management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to drive results and achieve KPIs.
