Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job responsibilities:
- Deliver technical and soft skills training on the company s internal systems, processes, and products, ensuring employees stay updated with ongoing enhancements.
- Design and develop effective training programs, including presentations, reference guides, simulations, and digital learning content.
- Create and maintain engaging learning materials using digital tools to serve as easy-to-access references for employees.
- Conduct training and onboarding for new employees, supporting their skill development and job proficiency.
- Perform training needs analysis by collaborating with department managers and create tailored learning solutions.
- Measure training effectiveness using evaluations, feedback, and performance indicators, and provide regular reports.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to design innovative training programs aligned with business goals.
- Foster an interactive and engaging learning environment that encourages participation and continuous development.
- Provide recommendations on training effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in technical training delivery and educational content creation.
- Strong knowledge of internal business systems and workflows.
- Expertise in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) for training content development.
- Advanced user of Amadeus.
- Well aware of using the Unify system, Salesforce, and internal business tools.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive digital learning materials (presentations, videos, e-learning content).
- Strong skills in influencing, coaching, and guiding employees.
- Excellent adaptability, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English.
- Willingness and ability to travel when required.
