Job Purpose:

Drive new business and revenue growth through direct sales of primarily commercial insurance products. Focus on client acquisition, relationship building, and identifying cross-selling opportunities to expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales targets through the acquisition of new corporate clients.
• Promote and sell the full range of commercial insurance products.
• Visit and engage clients within designated regions to build and maintain strong business relationships.
• Identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue and portfolio growth.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Provide regular market intelligence and client feedback to support business growth strategies.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
• Insurance-related certification (preferred).

Experience: Minimum 3 years in insurance sales (commercial/general insurance preferred)
