This role is focused on supporting Relationship Managers by handling operational requests, facilitating client communication, and ensuring smooth service delivery. The ideal candidate will bridge internal departments and clients to enhance satisfaction, compliance, and turnaround efficiency.

What You ll Do

* Act as the primary point of contact for operational support between clients and internal departments
* Manage client service requests including account maintenance, balance confirmation, corporate card handling, PDC memos, closure letters, and more
* Attend to walk-in clients and assist RMs in day-to-day administrative functions
* Collect and verify documentation in line with regulatory and bank compliance standards
* Maintain accurate records of service requests, resolutions, and communications
* Monitor turnaround times (TATs) and service level agreements (SLAs) with other operational units
* Ensure safe handling and custody of all client security items and documents
* Use systems such as T24, SharePoint, BPMS, and DMS for workflow and data management
* Support in identifying process improvements and mitigating operational risks
* Help reduce client complaints by proactively addressing grievances and root causes
* Assist the manager in optimizing the Customer Experience Centre's operational performance

Ideal Candidate Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Banking, or a related field
* At least 2 years of banking experience with exposure to operations and customer support
* Familiar with general banking principles and back-office procedures
* Proficient in handling client documentation, operational processes, and systems like T24
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Energetic, adaptable, and able to manage multiple service requests in a fast-paced setting
* Attention to detail and a client-first mindset
* Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve service excellence
