Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior Odoo Functional Consultant / Implementer to lead the analysis, configuration, and deployment of Odoo ERP solutions for our clients. This role focuses on understanding business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring successful system implementation and adoption.

You will work closely with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to design tailored Odoo solutions that meet business objectives, as well as provide training, support, and process optimization.

Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze client business requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Design and configure Odoo modules to meet business needs (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
  • Oversee end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation, from requirements gathering to go-live.
  • Conduct functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with development teams for customizations.
  • Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Advise clients on best practices for ERP usage and process optimization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • More than 4 years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation and functional consulting.
  • Strong understanding of Odoo s functional modules and business processes.
  • Experience with OWL is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Design, Database Design, XML Schema, and basic Python scripting.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
