Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and customize Odoo modules (new and existing).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Odoo.
- Integrate third-party apps/APIs with Odoo.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing modules and workflows.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, project managers, and QA.
- Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews.
- Strong proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL.
- Solid knowledge of Odoo s core modules (e.g., Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
- Experience with Odoo s ORM, QWeb, and XML.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
