Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Odoo Developer with deep expertise in Odoo s JavaScript framework and front-end customization. The ideal candidate should have strong technical experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo modules (both backend and frontend), and be capable of leading complex Odoo project.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development, including module customization and integration.
  • Proficiency in Python programming and strong understanding of Odoo framework and ORM.
  • Develop and extend Odoo Web Client using JavaScript, OWL framework, and XML views.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL database management and optimization.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for Odoo web development.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Ability to mentor and support junior team members.
  • Knowledge of Odoo deployment, configuration, and performance tuning.
