As we scale, we’re building the region’s most ambitious Super App for families — combining e-commerce, quick commerce, pharmacy, healthcare, beauty, and services into a single connected platform.

To support this, we’re launching a dedicated ERP and warehouse technology hub in Bangalore, and this role is part of the founding team. You’ll work alongside our global engineering and operations teams to lead the evolution of our NetSuite WMS stack — stabilizing existing flows and driving large-scale enhancements.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role with direct visibility into global warehouse and finance operations, and the opportunity to shape both architecture and process as we scale the Bangalore office to 30+ engineers and ERP specialists in the next 18 months.

What You’ll Do:

• Customize and extend NetSuite WMS workflows to support multi-location, high-volume operations
• Write and maintain SuiteScript 1.0/2.x (Client, User Event, Scheduled, Map/Reduce)
• Build custom Suitelets, RESTlets, workflows, saved searches, and dashboards for warehouse KPIs
• Develop and maintain integrations with 3PLs, shipping APIs, TMS platforms, and RF scanners
• Troubleshoot fulfillment and inventory issues and deliver stable, scalable solutions
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and warehouse leads to translate operational needs into working code
• Lead WMS technical decisions, set best practices, and mentor junior NetSuite developers/admins
• Support larger ERP initiatives powering Super App verticals like:
