Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role & responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating with customers to deliver the implementation of the software product/solutions, including scoping and coordination of existing workflow processes of the customer.
- Manages post-sales technical support activities including implementation, customization, training, and maintenance of companies products. Ensures the application/solution is functioning according to specifications.
- Engages in daily and weekly meetings with product teams to address system bugs, enhancements, upcoming implementation plans, and identifying action item to resolve issues.
- Leads client training of products and enhancements via remote technology and on-site; will travel for some of the training sessions.
- Provides ongoing client support by implementing change requests, troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Maintain proper communication and prepare training documents for customers
- Communicates clients concerns and future needs to Account Managers
- Provides recommendation to clients of best business practices and industry standards
Desired Candidate Profile
- Any graduate
- 3+ years with at least 2 SCM Implementation/Project experience.
- Experience in Advanced Warehousing will be an added advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good Problem-solving and analytical skills must be Self-motivated & work independently.
