Roles & Responsibilities

White Label PPC is hiring a senior Meta and paid social specialist to manage international clients in the US, UK, Canada, Europe, and Australia. This is a client-facing role for someone who can own performance and communication end-to-end.

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns for e-commerce and lead generation
  • Build full funnel strategies, testing roadmaps and creative briefs
  • Monitor performance daily, scale winning campaigns and control budgets
  • Audit tracking, pixels, Conversions API and events set up
  • Prepare clear performance reports and lead client calls and updates
  • 2+ years agency experience running Meta Ads, ecommerce and lead gen
  • Strong Meta Ads skills including pixels, CAPI, catalogs, A+ Shopping, lead forms and retargeting
  • Good understanding of GA4, GTM and funnel tracking basics
  • Advanced English, written and spoken, confident in client calls and daily messaging
  • Analytical mindset, testing culture and ownership attitude
