Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Minimum 5 years of advanced real estate media buying experience in the Middle East.
Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat.
Generate qualified leads, not volume
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (Preferred).
Must be currently based in the UAE.
Desired Candidate Profile

Full-funnel structuring (TOF/MOF/BOF)
Advanced Meta & Google Ads optimization
CAPI + server-side tracking setup AEM, conversion prioritization & event calibration
Attribution logic (multi-touch, data-driven)
Lead qualification frameworks (CPL → CQL → CPQA)
Performance Max segmentation & search term sculpting
Retargeting ecosystems tailored for high-ticket real estate
Creative fatigue analysis & structured A/B/C testing
Managing large budgets with stable performance
Aligning campaign data with actual sales feedback Knowledge of UTM tracking and attribution.
Ability to brief designers and videographers effectively.
Ability to generate reports with insights, not just numbers.
Experience with international and local investor targeting.
