Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive media buying strategies across digital and traditional channels to achieve client objectives.

Manage end-to-end media buying processes, including planning, negotiation, execution, and performance analysis.

Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with brand goals.

Negotiate rates and secure premium placements with media vendors to maximize value and ROI.

Monitor and adjust budgets, bids, and targeting parameters to ensure optimal campaign performance.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign effectiveness, KPIs, and recommendations for stakeholders.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in media buying and digital marketing.

Oversee the trafficking and tracking of media assets to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 1 year and up to 5 years of experience in media buying, preferably in a fast-paced agency or in-house marketing environment.

Proven track record of managing and optimizing media budgets across multiple channels.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills for dealing with vendors and internal teams.

Proficiency with media buying platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic tools.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Experience with reporting tools and campaign analytics.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, online environment.
