Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

High Pressure Pump Maintenance:

  • Perform precision alignment (laser/dual dial indicator methods)
  • Overhaul mechanical seals/ bearing per OEM specifications
  • Conduct vibration analysis and corrective actions

RO System Maintenance:

  • Service pressure vessels and membrane housings
  • Maintain cartridge filters and dosing systems
  • Troubleshoot hydraulic performance issues

Turbocharger Operations:

  • Disassemble/ assemble energy recovery devices
  • Replace wear parts and validate efficiency

Valve and Piping Systems:

  • Repair/ replace ball, gate and check valves
  • Execute PVC/FRP pipefitting and plumbing

Team Leadership:

  • Train junior technicians on RO-specific procedures
  • Document maintenance activities in CMMS

Compliance & Safety:

  • Implement LOTO for high-energy systems
  • Conduct toolbox talks on mechanical hazards

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in RO plants with 3+ years specialized in: ?Multistage centrifugal pumps (800+ psi), Turbocharger/ PX systems and Membrane pressure vessel maintenance. Proven track record in: Mechanical Seal Replacements (>50 instances), precision alignment ( 0.05mm tolerance) and Emergency Breakdown Response
  • Must have Diploma or Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Bachelor's degree is a plus
