We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and products. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of mechanical systems and components from concept to production.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to junior engineering team members.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives within given timelines.
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyses to validate design ideas and solutions.
• Oversee the preparation of engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications for projects.
• Ensure all mechanical design and engineering activities comply with applicable codes and standards.
• Evaluate and improve existing mechanical systems for enhanced performance and reliability.
• Identify and mitigate potential design and project risks effectively and proactively.
• Interact with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Manage mechanical engineering projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in mechanical engineering.
• Foster a culture of safety and quality within the engineering team and throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering roles is required.
• Proven experience with CAD software and other engineering design tools is necessary.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and regulatory standards is essential.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers effectively is expected.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges are crucial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or other relevant certification can be an added advantage.
