Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of mechanical systems from concept to completion.
• Analyze project requirements and determine the feasibility of design proposals.
• Conduct technical evaluations and provide effective solutions to engineering challenges.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.
• Prepare detailed engineering documents including specifications, schematics, and reports.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers to support their professional growth.
• Oversee testing and validation of mechanical components to ensure compliance with standards.
• Implement best practices in manufacturing processes and product design improvements.

• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate cutting-edge technologies as appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of CAD software and mechanical engineering design principles.
• Experience with FEA analysis and simulation tools to evaluate design performance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.
• Certification in Professional Engineering (PE) is a plus, but not required.
