Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
12-15 years of experience in HVAC and Plumbing/Fire Fighting systems.
Strong knowledge of design standards, codes, and regulations.
Proven leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
