Roles & Responsibilities


We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Material Planning professional to join our Supply Chain team. The role will be responsible for ensuring the availability of raw and packaging materials, optimizing inventory levels, and driving effective coordination between procurement, production, suppliers, and warehouses. This position is critical to maintaining smooth operations, minimizing costs, and achieving high service levels in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, monitor, and update material requirement plans to support production schedules.
  • Ensure timely replenishment of raw and packaging materials to avoid shortages or excess stock.
  • Collaborate with procurement, suppliers, production, and warehousing teams to align supply with business needs.
  • Analyze consumption trends and forecast requirements to optimize planning accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate data in ERP/MRP systems and provide regular performance reports.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and company standards for material handling.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in material planning, inventory management, or supply chain roles within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or equivalent).
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and dynamic environment.
