Roles & Responsibilities

About EPPS: EPPS is a dynamic company dedicated to innovation and excellence. We re expanding our marketing team to include specialists who can drive our brand forward through both traditional and digital channels . Join us to shape impactful campaigns and connect with audiences across Egypt and beyond!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibition & Event Management:
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee exhibitions (local and international), including logistics, booth setup, and on-site brand representation.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network with clients and promote EPPS services.
  • Print & Corporate Branding:
  • Liaise with external agencies to design, proofread, and produce marketing materials (brochures, banners, business cards) that align with brand guidelines.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Assist the Marketing Director in managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables for offline campaigns.
  • Client Communication:
  • Handle professional phone calls, emails, and scheduling for event-related inquiries.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in offline marketing, including event/exhibition management.
  • Experience in industrial/technical sectors is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Intermediate Excel for budgeting and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor for client-facing interactions.
  • Language: Fluent in English (verbal/written).
  • Preferred Age: Early-career professionals (25 35 years old).
