A Senior Marketing Communication Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and promoting the brand s image and message across multiple channels. This strategic position requires a creative and analytical mindset, combined with outstanding communication skills to effectively manage and deliver marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences. The manager is responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing a comprehensive marketing communication strategy that supports the company's objectives and enhances its presence in the market. This includes overseeing a team of professionals, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and liaising with external partners. The ultimate goal is to elevate brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster customer loyalty through innovative and high-impact marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies that align with company goals.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to execute campaigns effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Plan and oversee the production of promotional materials, including brochures and newsletters.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.
- Establish and maintain relationships with media contacts and industry influencers for strategic outreach.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets to maximize return on investment and campaign effectiveness.
- Regularly evaluate campaign performance using analytics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Organize and promote events that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Liaise with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing projects and campaigns.
- Ensure all marketing communications comply with legal and regulatory standards.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing team.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing communications or a related area.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and managing marketing teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging data to inform decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools such as HubSpot or Google Analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Experience in digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM and social media marketing.
