Roles & Responsibilities
What you'll be doing
As Senior Marketing Associate at L'Occitane, you will be responsible for planning and executing impactful marketing campaigns centered around hero products and key commercial seasons. You will manage and optimize L'Occitane s annual marketing budget, secure high-visibility platforms to drive brand awareness and traffic, and implement a 360 omnichannel strategy to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Responsibilities:
- Plan & activate marketing campaigns focusing on Top products and key commercial seasons.
- Manage & optimize yearly budget effectively
- Secure big visibility mediums to boost awareness & traffic with relevant content
- Optimize each activation's impact & ROI via 360 Omnichannel strategy
- Share relevant local insights about the Saudi market
- Customize marketing plans for Top doors Boost in-store customer experience
- Provide marketing support to other channels (Spa, Caf , Travel Retail) and drive synergies with Retail via cross-collaborations
Desired Candidate Profile
What you ll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Retail or Beauty
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
- Proactively initiates actions, follows through with determination, and takes full responsibility for outcomes.
- Builds and maintains valuable relationships, using them strategically to support goals and unlock opportunities.
- Approaches tasks with a clear plan, sets priorities, and allocates resources efficiently to deliver results.
- Expresses ideas confidently and clearly, both in writing and speaking, with a structured and persuasive style.
- Works well with others, openly shares knowledge and experience, and contributes actively to team success.
- Follows company standards, commits to plans, and consistently delivers high-quality outcomes.
