Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
Ensure implementing and updating transshipment crew management policies and procedures.
Assis to arrange recruitment and onboarding activities of seafarers.
Coordinate crew rotations and vessel assignments.
Carryout crew welfare and well-being activities.
Check crew grievances and disciplinary matters and ensure to resolve issues with the related stakeholder effectively and efficiently.
Track crew actual expenditures and propose cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Maintain strong relationships with maritime training institutions.
Stay updated on maritime labor regulations and industry best practices.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate crew documentation and files.
Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
Carry out crewing activities and provide support on crew-related matters.
Purpose of Interaction:
Support in crew sourcing, procurement activities, training needs and relationships management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. Master's degree is a plus
Excellent English. Arabic is an added advantage
A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
Preferred experience in maritime crew management and administration.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Excellent computer skills including MS Office
