Roles & Responsibilities
ROLE SUMMARY
- The Senior Manager - Total Rewards is responsible for implementing and reviewing all existing compensation and benefits policies. The role holder is also responsible for assisting with the design of new policies and programs in order to be competitive with international salary and benefits structures.
ROLE PROFILE
- Support the modification of compensation policies, salary scales and allowances schemes to offer competitive compensation plans and present them for approval
- Recommend and implement system changes in order to improve efficiency through automated processes
- Prepare job evaluations for senior executive positions, ensure that the evaluation results are in-line with the overall grading structure and communicate the results to the concerned departments
- Oversee the periodic salary survey to ensure that compensation and benefits structure is competitive
- Review the proposed yearly bonus for all MAF Retail employees ensuring its compliant with approved bonus policy
- Ensure proper communication regarding compensation and benefits related topics to all employees in an adequate manner
- Assist in monitoring allocated budget to ensure compliance and highlight possible issues
- Review and update communication materials to ensure accuracy and compliance

Desired Candidate Profile
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor s Degree in Finance or Human Capital
- Experience of 8+ years in Total Rewards
- Exposure to design, update & implement salary strcutures & benefits framework.
- Hay certification or equivalent is preferred
- Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
