Job Description

Job Title: Senior Manager, Partnerships and Alliances (System Integrators Middle East)

Location: Dubai, UAE English and Arabic speaking essential

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, Partnerships and Alliances, will be a quota carrying role and be responsible for developing sales pipeline through a partner ecosystem, managing, and expanding strategic relationships with system integrator partners across the Middle East. This role will drive joint business initiatives, enable partner success, and maximize revenue opportunities through effective alliance management of the partner ecosystem. This role is critical to a growth strategy in MENA and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to thrive in a fast-growing business with incentives and opportunities to make their mark in the business.

About The Role:

  • Achieving and surprising the sales and pipeline goal to be achieved through the Partner ecosystem. Drive pipeline creation and sales through system integrator partnerships, ensuring the achievement of revenue and market share targets.
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new system integrator partners aligned with the company s growth strategy in the Middle East.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with executive and operational teams at partner organizations.
  • Go-to-Market Planning: Collaborate with system integrators to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies, including solution development, co-selling, and joint marketing activities.
  • Insights, Market Intelligence and new business opportunity identification: Gather insights from partners that enable Thomson Reuters to capture new market share and further support other business units. Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the Middle East, providing insights to inform partnership strategies.
  • Enablement & Training: Oversee partner enablement programs, including training, certification, and knowledge sharing, to ensure partners are equipped to sell and implement solutions effectively.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and report on partnership performance, KPIs, and ROI. Identify areas for improvement and drive corrective actions as needed.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and manage ongoing business terms with system integrator partners.


About You:

  • English and Arabic Speaker essential
  • Experience with Oracle and/or SAP System Integration partners.
  • Established business network in UAE and KSA.
  • Bachelor s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or channel management, with a focus on system integrators or technology partners.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships in the Middle East region.
  • Software sales (SaaS) background.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
