Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Management: Assist in managing relationships with key clients across the hospitality and other external sectors. Develop a detailed understanding of clients' needs to tailor solutions that enhance business value.
  • Business Development: Identify and target potential customers within the hospitality and non-hospitality sectors in KSA. Expand the customer base through outreach and industry networking. Support the onboarding of RSG hotels as per the opening roadmap.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs by helping to negotiate and close deals with key accounts. Ensure the delivery of services aligns with client expectations, contractual agreements, and company objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside logistics, operations, sourcing/purchasing, and import freight teams to ensure smooth execution of services. Support communication between departments to guarantee high-quality service delivery.
  • Customer Retention & Satisfaction: Contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives by collecting regular feedback, ensuring positive client relationships, and driving retention across key accounts.
  • Market Intelligence:Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences within KSA and the broader MENA region. Provide insights to the Associate Director and senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Team Support & Development: Mentor and guide a team of Key Account Managers and Specialists, fostering a collaborative environment to ensure team success and the achievement of account management goals.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular reports on sales, demand forecasts, pipeline data, and market insights to the Associate Director. Monitor key metrics and performance data to adjust strategies as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or supervisory role in the hospitality or related industries.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing key accounts within KSA and the MENA region.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written) is required.
