Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the stakeholder engagement strategy for secondary mobility solutions, including walking, cycling, scooters, shuttle buses, and future innovation pilots.
• Coordinate between internal delivery teams and external stakeholders (e.g., mobility operators, district leads, municipal authorities) to ensure alignment on infrastructure and service planning.
• Support policy development and integration of secondary mobility into masterplans and regulatory discussions.
• Anticipate and resolve stakeholder concerns around safety, accessibility, connectivity, and integration with primary transport modes.
• Contribute to the development of communications, public engagement, and feedback strategies related to mobility initiatives.
• Report progress, risks, and dependencies to the Associate Director Stakeholder and other BU leadership.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in managing tactical relationships and engagements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Urban Planning, Transport, Policy, or related field.
• 8 10 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, urban mobility, or transport planning.
• Strong understanding of integrated transport ecosystems and last-mile infrastructure.
