Join Qiddiya Investment Company as a Manager - Finance Business Partner and contribute to our vision of creating an exciting and unique entertainment destination in Saudi Arabia. In this essential role, you will work closely with various business units to provide the financial insights necessary for informed decision-making and strategic planning.

As the Manager of Finance Business Partner, you will take charge of financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting, ensuring that all financial activities support business objectives. Your analytical mindset and collaborative approach will help enhance operational performance and promote financial discipline across the organization.


 Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the financial advisor to departmental leaders, guiding them on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the overall business plan.
  • Support the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
  • Provide insights on capital investments and operational expenditures, aiding in project evaluations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and recommend actions based on data analysis to improve financial outcomes.
  • Facilitate financial training and support knowledge sharing among non-financial stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree (MBA) or relevant certification (CPA/CMA) is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
