Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Manager in our Data & Analytics Solution Architecture team, you will:
Design and deliver market-relevant, scalable, and high-impact solutions for clients in areas such as:
Data Warehousing
Cloud Analytics
Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
ML-Ops
Data Governance
Master Data Management
And more.
Translate complex business and technical requirements into future-proof application and technical architectures.
Develop end-to-end solution concepts, including architecture vision, delivery organization, and operational models.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams by bringing deep technical expertise and strategic insight.
Support our sales and business development teams by contributing to solutioning, proposal writing, and client presentations.
Utilize state-of-the-art methodologies and tools in developing solution architectures (e.g., Agile, DevOps, cloud-native services, data pipelines).
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 15 years of relevant industry experience with hands-on project delivery in Data & Analytics domains.
Proven experience as a technical architect or solution architect in areas such as:
Data integration
Analytics & reporting
Data science and machine learning
Data management and governance
System and enterprise architecture design
Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies, including:
Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
Waterfall
DevOps practices
A degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Engineering, or other STEM disciplines - or an equivalent qualification.
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and engage with C-level stakeholders confidently.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
