Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Planning Engineer to develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance plans for all plant equipment and assets. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal equipment performance, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement in maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate with mechanical and electrical teams for planned maintenance activities.
  • Track work orders, analyze results, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
  • Prepare reports on equipment performance, breakdown analysis, and KPIs.
  • Plan and ensure the availability of spare parts.
  • Contribute to calibration schedules, training plans, and safety compliance.
  • Support budget planning, energy efficiency programs, and asset renewal strategies.
  • Oversees the development of an electronic archiving system for maintenance records, work orders, and reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 4 7 years of experience in maintenance planning within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in developing preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
  • Solid experience with CMMS systems or maintenance planning software.
  • Ability to read and analyze technical and engineering equipment drawings.
  • Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance principles and methods.
  • Strong skills in fault data analysis and technical statistics.
  • Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
