Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor, plan, coordinate, and lead the operation and maintenance for all the MEP utilities of the Mechanical pump room
  • Lead and manage the maintenance department.
  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues promptly.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex fire pump system issues, providing effective solutions and recommendations to maintain optimal performance
  • Stay updated on the latest fire pump technologies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong understanding of international fire safety codes and standards.
  • Oversee the commissioning process of fire pump systems, ensuring proper installation, alignment, and integration with other fire protection systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, providing a solid foundation in engineering principles
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in testing and commissioning of fire pump systems
  • Strong understanding of fire pump standards like NFPA 20 and related industry codes, ensuring compliance
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Good command of English
